Typically, it takes 3-5 months for Brockport to receive transcripts from host universities. However, some universities will only grade exams once a year (at the end of their academic year). As a result, some grades/transcripts may not be processed until 6+ months after your program has ended. This process cannot be expedited, and students should plan accordingly for future course registration, applying for graduation, etc. Students who study abroad their senior year should understand there will be a delay in posting of their degree until the transcript is received. If you plan to study abroad during your final two semesters, please contact our office before committing to the program.
