Center for Global Education and Engagement Events

SUNY Brockport's Center for Global Education and Engagement (CGEE) hosts a variety of events across Brockport campus, virtually and at other SUNY campuses to inform faculty, staff and students how they can get involved with study abroad and promoting international education. The calendar below is constantly being updated, so be sure to check back regularly!

Study Abroad Fair
Wednesday, February 7, 2024
11:30am - 2:00pm
Seymour Union

WHAT IS THE STUDY ABROAD FAIR?

  • Learn about the study abroad programs available to you as a SUNY Brockport student
  • Understand the process it takes to study abroad
  • Speak with Study Abroad Advisors and ask any specific questions you may have
  • Find out how to fund your study abroad program and apply for scholarships - including applying for our study abroad raffle scholarship!

WHO'S ATTENDING THE FAIR?

International Partners - SUNY Brockport is excited to welcome our international partners to campus for an opportunity to speak with students, faculty and staff face-to-face. This is a great opportunity to meet a familiar face before going abroad and ask a local all there is to know about living and studying in their specific country and city.

SUNY Study Abroad Campuses - Every SUNY student has the opportunity to study abroad with any SUNY campus. Below is a list of schools that will be at the fair. Please note, if a student wishes to go with another SUNY school, they should reach out to a Brockport Study Abroad Advisor to learn of the steps they must take before doing so.

Brockport Faculty - Want to study abroad with a group of students and a Brockport faculty? Connect with our faculty to inquire about their specific program. Please note faculty may not be in attendance for the entire fair if they have a class that overlaps. Additionally, some faculty cannot be present at all due to class. Please visit the CGEE table to learn about the missing faculty and their programs.
